Connie recalls her first client when Connie was a brand new Realtor and just licensed for six weeks. The buyers purchased a home that had a plumbing leak right above the front door. After talking with the clients, exploring the source of the leak and getting bids for repair the buyers decided this was the perfect home for them. They proceeded to move forward and purchase their dream home. They loved the neighborhood, were satisfied with the price and they were willing to spend the time and money through their own sweat equity in order to improve their investment.
