Marsha Olsen

Marsha was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and her family moved to Colorado when Marsha was quite young.

Marsha grew up in a family of investors and as Marsha says, " My family has been in real estate in one form or another for several generations". four years of practice directly related to the Real Estate industry. She started as a broker liaison helping a band of ten Brokers with their clients and clients needs. She became a REALTOR® during this period to help understand the contracts and needs of those clients. 

Marsha is now a full time REALTOR® with Realty Innovations, Metro Brokers servicing her own clients when and helping them achieve their own goals and desires, be it a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor. Marsha combines the spirit of Aloha with her knowledge of the Denver Metro Area to provide you with one of a kind service.  

Marsha is a member in good standing with the National, Colorado, and South Metro Denver REALTOR® boards. 

In Marsha's creative moments, she transposes into the beautiful gifted song writer and performer Elida Young.

Beautiful Oblivion is her first EP. Marsha teamed with producer/song writer Matt Gibson and legendary mastering engineer, Brian Gardner (Janet Jackson, Nelly Furtada, Eminem) to create an extraordinary listening experience. Marsha's (Elida Young) music beautifully combines captivating melodies and rock edginess with her smooth and sultry vocals.
