Licensing and exam preparation is the foundation of a successful career in real estate. The American Dream Real Estate School real estate licensing program is designed specifically to help you get through the pre-licensing education requirements of the state. After completing the program’s coursework and activities, as well as final exams, you’ll earn the state-required REC-33 certificate of completion.
Metro Brokers Littleton Town
Centre is offering scholarships for Colorado Real Estate Broker licensure in
2011 to individuals committed to investing in their future real estate career. Through
our alliance with American Dream Real Estate School, a $500.00 credit towards
$1048.00 tuition and materials fee. This cost does include books and other resource material.
These are physical and on-line courses, which can be full or part-time and

Upon completion of the course
and passing of the Colorado state exam, Metro Brokers, Littleton Town Centre
will aid in providing placement and future mentoring to launch your career.
Your commitment is to remain for a minimum of two years, upon placement with
one of our 81 statewide Metro Broker’s offices.

to become an entrepreneur setting your highest achievements.
OBLIGATIONS:
Applicant’s for scholarship
must:
►Submit
a complete application to Metro Brokers, Littleton Town Centre. Applications
are evaluated on the information supplied; therefore, applicants must answer
all questions as completely as possible. All information is considered
confidential and is reviewed by our Metro Brokers, Littleton Town Centre
Scholarship committee.
►Complete
the course within 6 months of receiving the scholarship and pass the Colorado
State Real Estate exam.
►Tuition cost balances must be paid when registering for the
Colorado Brokers License Course
►Agree to affiliate yourself with a Colorado Metro Brokers
company for a minimum of two years upon completion of the course. Remaining
tuition costs must be paid to American Dream Real Estate School upon
registering for the course.
